I assume you're talking about the System log in Event Viewer. If so there are 11,842 total events. They range from Information to Critical. Most of the Critical events source is Kernal-Power Event ID: 41

The CMOS fail message shows at the bottom of my screen when starting up the PC, but it doesn't give me an error code or anything like that.
