I recently bought Xonar Phoebus 7.1 Solo and connected the Razer Tiamat 7.1 cables on some gates. Installed the required software and its latest versions and i am experiencing absence of any single bass! I have searched all the internet but found no sufficient advice that could actually help...

lol this corsair link is the worst software i have ever seen... doesnt even show the current power provided to the systems

nope, i got no oem windows 8 version. i had reinstalled it much times on my previous motherboard. does it affect the clock after some months of inactivation?

And finally, motherboard is extremelly bad designed, actually my second gpu's fun touches the sound card chip i have to pull the card upside in some way. aparta from that, it had about 8 sata 3.0 gates and everyone doesnt work now, cuz its "sensitive". if we put the cable in it, we break it...

I dont know if it plays an importand role, but i have many periherals too. gaming keyboard, gaming mouse, headset etc if the psu is ok with these specs, what would seem to be the problem?

meh, at least i had a great great bass on bf4 when i firstly tried it and now its absolutely nothing, whole bass gone, wtf and i didnt change any option :o

still nothing... the republic of games sound software hasnt such an option. or it has and does nothing
