Ok, I got it. But what would be my solution, unpark my cores ? Overclock ? Buy another CPU ? I am still not sure if the problem is with the CPU, because Ghosts also has this problem. Anyway, a solution would be appreciated ^^

On all screenshots, right side at the middle, there is the load on each core. And I tried using mantle, and it doesn't help much (in fact, I have a LOT of frame rate drops and stuttering).

On Ghosts it is actually the opposite of it : From High to Normal... but I will still try it, thanks! I tried this on AC4, and it is already on high...should I set it to real time ?

Basically, my CPU and GPU usage never go over 65% on some games (AC4, BF4, FarCry3) and even 45% on Ghosts. The temps are never over 65°C on the GPU, and never over 60°C on the CPU. All drivers are up to date, and I already tried running benchmarks on Heaven, and it was always on 99% of usage...
