It strange. My 144hz monitor work ok, why on 144 black screen sometimes - on 60 Hz no black screen

I'm flashed 1st bios again! Yes, you can change switcher of bios on hot, yes it will flashed ok. Thank God! So problem was not in 1st bios, problem in 144hz monitor. Now I plug videocard to my tv. On fullhd 60hz no black screen !

Bro, its working, but still it's different bios, from different card. It's from XFX GTR-S RX 580 Black Limited Edition OC+ RX-580A8DBW6

I search all over the place for this bios and can't find it. Please help guys Micron memory btw. I tried some other bioses and it get black screen in furmark in 2 seconds. But in silent mode gpu working, but in low frequencys China seller sent me this card with wrong bios in first place.
