It looks good. If anything you should buy a better processor(haswell maybe). Unless you plan to overclock, which you can't with that processor you need a 'k' version, then there is no need to buy any kind of liquid cooling system.

Yes it's all compatible and there's no bottlenecks. Pretty descent build for $700.
