Anyway I can diagnose an issue with this motherboard? I don't see any LED lights telling me whats wrong. I looked through the manual as well that is provided online and found nothing (unless I'm clearly missing it) Any thoughts? Thanks.

Yep, I been thinking its the board. Gonna replace it later on to confirm. Only thing that sucks is that I don't know for sure so if I buy a board and its still wont POST, that means the CPU is toast, that's gonna suck.

Try booting the computer without the CMOS battery in there, perhaps the CMOS needs to be replaced? Also, it won't let you even boot into the USB drive if the HDD is unplugged?
