    Im having the same exact problem and I also have a Razer mouse Viper v2 pro and a razer huntsman mini keyboard. I cleaned booted tried everything I think its just a bug on razers end.

    Still having issue after trying all these. My hardware is fine and theres no performance issue. It just keeps happening my mouse and keyboard is only responsive to 1 application/proccess then I have to CTRL+Alt+Delete to fix it for a couple of minutes then it comes back.

    I have this same issue rn its super annoying and I've never had it before. I have a huntsman mini and a Viper v2 pro so Im thinking its a bug or probelm with razer or windows.
