I had the same thing with my 3600 in August and somebody here advised the same and sure enough my temps were about 15-20 degrees lower on Ryzen Master. I'm not on stock cooler but use one of these BeQuiet Pure Rock Slim and MX-4 like you and all is cool enough under load.
