I've been having an issue recently where unless I restart my computer EVERY TIME, my GPU usage stays at 0% (according to the NVIDIA overlay). When I wake my computer from sleep and even if i start it up from being completely turned off, unless I restart it AFTER that, the GPU doesn't "turn on"...
