Cool , I was just wondering. It was a thought in my mind. I figured obviously that you needed the pci-e cables plugged in but was just curious

So I bought the RX 580 the other day and, I want to know what would happen if I were to connect the GPU to my motherboard without connecting the pcie pins into it. I know this sounds like a really stupid question, but I am interested and knowing and don't want to risk my card by trying it myself
