My 3DMARK fire strike score with intel i5 3470 n HD7850 Maxed (1170mhz): 5173 Better score then my previously owned GTX660: 4559 n another previously owned GTX680 score: 7276 Out of the three I'll still opt for my current Asus HD7850 DC2.

Your build is fine except for some choices which can be better, like the graphics card, I would not opt for nvidia because AMD which bought ATi are making great video cards right now. I had my share of GTX 680 and wasn't 2 impressed, but it does overclock well. Mine was a Zotac reference. Now...
