GA-F2A68HM-HD2 is my mobo, AMD Athlon X4 860K, running Windows 10 pr

I turned on my PC and both of my monitors displayed there was no signal. So I changed some wire around and still the issue persisted. I removed my GPU, and cleaned out my entire case and GPU of dust. Now everything seems to work fine. How can I tell what the issue was and will it come back...

Press the reset button on case and that will fix any issues if anyone has the same problems as me.

Recently, my PC has had the taskbar stop working, so I tried everything I could to fix it. Then I wanted to reset my PC so I went to open settings and that would not open correctly because it would not stop loading permanently. Is there a way to reset using cmd some how? Thanks for the help.

I want to be able to use my second monitor to display a 3840*1080 resolution wallpaper on my lock screen but is only showing half (on my primary monitor) of the image. Fairly new to PC building and such so have not tried much apart from looking through settings. Thanks
