so i have a decent build i USED to get 300 frames on cs go but now when i switched hardrive i get 120-180 now this is not that bad of a problem im a youtuber and i was always able to record with getting 200+ frames idk if this hardrive is damaged or what but look at the hardrive specs...

when i record my screen i would still get a solid 100 frames now its going to 30 what can i do to fix this
