    Personally I would never go with aio cooler on a titan as you will not get the same level of cooling as with a custom loop. Look at my avatar...     Depends on your settings... I am not familiar with amd but nvidia has a setting in there ctrl panel that you set to "prefer maximum performance" so amd must have the same.... Take a look in your amd ctrl pnl
