Its only for ps4 not ps3

So I accidently deleted the ps3 contoller from my pc in the contol panel i dont know why but i messed up so how do I get it back becouse i cant play anything anymore thanks in advance :)

Yeah okay the monitor isn't plugged in the GPU but the monitor cable doesn't fit the GPU its too small
