Yes, but you might not be happy about it. I had to replace both the CPU and motherboard, and then the problem was gone. I am not sure exactly what it was, my guess is a flaw with the cpu mount somewhere. I would recommend remounting the CPU and ensuring it sits there properly in its slot.
