    I5 6500/6600 non-k + gtx 1070 vs i7 6700 non-k + gtx 1060 6gb

For current gaming id go with the gtx 1070 build. it has far more horse power then a gtx 1060 an if your wanting to play in 1440p, youll need that. But saying that. the i7 6700 has a pretty big impact on games compared to the i5 6500 or 6600 for that matter. In cpu intensives games the extra...

    Intel Core I5-6600K

If you bought a windows license key when you got your first pc then you can just use that key when you change motherboard on the new one. If not an if you dont have a windows key. youll have to buy a new one. No way around it.

    To choose M.2 SSD

m.2 is form factor of ssds not a type of ssd, the 2 types ares sata an nvme aka pcie ssds. you wont get any benefit of using a nvme ssd for games. it doesnt add performance. stick with a sata 3 ssd.

is this rx 480 good for my budget gaming build

Personally i always reccomend the gtx 1060 over the rx 480 for gamers looking for a card in that price range as the gtx 1060 is proven to have the edge over the 480 an both being the same price.
