PC Crash After 1 Hour of Gaming

I really don't see what could be the problem other than the PSU, but I would still like to know what more qualified people think?

PC Crash After 1 Hour of Gaming

Well the card is new and doesn't show any signs of failure (I know about the RTX 2080Ti reports that some of them are dying but I don't have a blue screen after the crash or artifacts like those buyers whom the card had a problem). The temps are 80 Celsius max.

PC Crash After 1 Hour of Gaming

Hi, I updated heavily my PC last week (see the new spec below) and everything is going pretty smoothly. I am playing AC Odyssey in 4K at a constant 60fps with high/ultra settings, however after about 1 hour of playing, the PC suddenly crashes (I can't do alt-tab or anything, I must reboot). So...

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

Yeah I understand, but I really want to upgrade to 4K and with a stable 60fps I am happy. However, are there other 4K monitors in this price range that you could recommend?

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

Thanks all for your inputs. I think I will try to keep my PSU for the moment and if I see that there is any problems I will update then. redfox, thank you for your insight but I really like the build I suggested and I think I will keep up with it. For storage I already have a 2TB ssd that should...

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

Ok so finally I decided to go all in. So I would buy the following: RTX 2080Ti i7-9700K Some ram 2x8GB motherboard z390 The Asus 144hz 4k monitor Does this make sense? (I just want to be sure before I buy)

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

So I looked up a few WQHD screens and I think that physically I can't really fit them on my desk (even if I would love to get that type of screen) which I use for multiple things and that big of a screen would just take up too much space. That leaves us with either a 4K or a normal 1440p...

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

Yeah, that was what I initially intended to do, getting an Rtx 2080 which is 500-600$ cheaper than the Rtx 2080Ti and a new gen cpu, but from what I got of the previous comments the 2080 seems to be very close in terms of performances to the 1080Ti (the new technology aside), so some people were...

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

Hum, ok and what GPU, CPU would you recommend if I decide to go for this option. I was thinking of maybe taking a 1080Ti if I decide to go for this smaller budget.

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

Ok great to know, thanks for the tip. Just so I have an alternative, if I do decide that a 3500-4000$ upgrade is too much money and not worth it, what would you advise me to do with a 2000$ max budget let's say (considering I change CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM and Monitor) and I would like a nice...

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

EVGA Supernova 650W Gold certified, but from what I understood it shouldn't need an upgrade.

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

Ok, thanks a lot for your input. It is very tempting to go all in as I have the money, but it is still a huge investment and I will have to think about it. Last question if I decide to go for the full 2080Ti, new motherboard, monitor 144Hz, etc. does the rest of the PC I currently have fits (I...

2000$ PC Upgrade (Around a new RTX 2080)

Ok, will think about the monitor, but is there a compromise monitor that is not more than 1000$CAD because we are getting pretty far from the initial budget, I mean I would like to keep the upgrade under 3000$ CAD, 3500$ maximum. So with the motherboard, RAM, GPU and CPU I think I hit 2500$...
