Sorry, this isn't an answer.....but I'm having the same trouble. I tried everything you've done. All I see under the fp0 is a directory, but no individual files.

I did everything suggested in other threads, but E Z Flash STILL won't see the .CAP file. I used a 512k drive, formatted with FAT 32, my file is renamed to 8 characters, and while E Z Flash sees the drive, it won't list the .CAP file - only shows directories. I plan on reinstalling Windows 7...
