When i check Resource Monitor, it says my maximum cpu frequency is 40-50%, regardless of the settings i have set in power settings under power options. this is very annoying as i use this pc for gaming and it causes my cpu to never go above that percentage.

well if it was corrupted and still physically functioned i was just gonna reinstall stuff on it but seeing as thats not feasible i guess its junk
