I bought this MSI P106 from a local seller for about 25$ USD, the card works fine and the temp doesnt goes higher than 55c but the fan is always max out at 100% while doing Unigine Heaven and it's loud at 100%. But the problem i have is (look at screenshot) with the rust and green mold in the IO...
