It it possible to choose where windows installs during a reset? Its currently on my hard drive but id like to move it to my SDD.

Would a gaming 5 mobo and i7-8700k be viable? I was planning on getting a gaming 7 but they're expensive in Australia and the only place that sells them at a reasonable price is out of stock with no ETA. I should note that this is a pc upgrade and not an entirely new build. My current specs are...
