I am using a Radeon 7700. Here's a full rundown:

Alright, so factory resetting the monitor has removed the letterbox and stretched the image to fit the full screen; however, the resolution is still locked from Windows display settings at 640x480.

HDMI is currently disconnected from the machine's GPU, the monitor is still on. As you can see, the 640x480 letterboxes are still present. Unsure what to make of that.
