The mouse/keyboard drivers were up to date, and the webcam driver was out of date. I updated it and restarted the PC - yet still have the same error. It is possibly the BIOS then but until I get it flashed I won't be sure.

Yes I see them both there. While the others are listed by their drive names and are given a blue color - the other two are both unamed/unallocated and given a black color. This appears to be my problem - I will update shortly if it is not. If it is, I will select best answer so it may be...

That was a great suggestion - I did have that checked. I unchecked Hide Empty Drives and did not see them in My Computer after a Refresh. I rebooted, still not seeing them!? PS- Yes they are both empty.

So the drives in question are 3 Seagate 1.5tb 7200.11 HD's. They show up fine in the BIOS where they are all listed as slaves (ga-p55-ud4p) and in Device Manager - which lists them all as working properly. I cannot distinguish one from another in Device Manager, and the one that is working...
