HD 7770 or 650 Ti? Which one would you get? I pretty much play RPG at high settings? Does anyone of these perform better?

What is a good list of graphic cards in the $150 price range? I am currently using a GTS 250 512 GB 256

I have a gigabyte GA-A75-D3H motherboard and would like to upgrade my (EVGA GTS 250) video card. Will my motherboard support PCI 3.0? How can I tell? The specs say it will support PCI 2.0. Any suggestions for a nice video card for around $150 to upgrade my current?

I am trying to upgrade my video card (EVGA GTS 250) to something a little more powerful but dont want to spend a ton of money. Any recommendations? I play RPG's mostly. Also, will this motherboard support PCI 3.0? I know it will support 2.0. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
