Screen freezes at motherboard bios screen

Remove all hardware and memory, but leave one memory stick installed. Only keep your boot hard drive plugged in. If it boots fine, start adding items one at a time (i'd start with memory first). You'll eventually find what's causing your boot issue. Are you sure your power supply is large...

    Looking to build first PC..

What is the budget? Can't suggest hardware without knowing what the "you're sleeping on the couch!"-limit is.

Monitor won't detect new PC build

Does that video card have a separate 'port' for a power supply connection? If 'yes', did you plug the power supply into this port? Does the video card show up in the Device Manager? I'm going to bet that it doesn't. If i'm right, remove the video card and reinstall it, making sure it is...

    Is this a good build?

The power supply is too small. I'd suggest a 600 watt model. A 450 is really for a small HTPC type of

    Hard Drive Help?

What do you mean by "transfer the Windows files...."? Are you wanting to use your old hard drive as the new boot drive? If so, i'd still do a clean install of the OS since you have new hardware components.

    System shuddering

Does the shudder happen when listening to music via Windows Media Player, or is this strictly tied to YouTube's website only? Have you checked your event viewer for any errors that seem to have the same timestamp as the shudder?

    How is this gaming build.

What you have listed will work fine. Either case will be fine- it's really just personal preference. My son has the HAF912 and it's a nice case.

    Video card for minecraft

Any video card will be powerful enough for Minecraft. It's not a graphic-intensive game. No such thing exists that says "this video card is for 'x' game". All video cards work for all games, but for graphic-intensive games many users will want a more powerful (more expensive) video card...

    IPS 8ms?

It depends on what your definition of "good enough" is. My "good enough" might be different from yours. My son plays Team Fortress 2 on our 7ms IPS monitor and he doesn't complain at all.

Instructions for two hard drives with one dedicated to operating system and the

When you installed Outlook, you should have received an install directory prompt. This is where you change the install directory from C: to whatever drive letter your 1tb drive has been assigned. All you can do is uninstall/reinstall and choose the correct directory.

    ASRock 970 Extreme3 no power

Did you connect both mobo power blocks? Many seem to forget about the 8-pin and only install the larger power connector.

    Ram usage& Low ram available?

You can type 'msconfig' in the run prompt and under the start-up tab you'll see everything that has a checkmark starts running at computer startup. I always uncheck everything except my anti-virus software to free up system resources/maximize performance and boot times.

    Low-Profile Ram

It depends on the motherboard, but to play it safe you'll want low-profile RAM. Some have no plans to fill all four RAM slots, so they're not concerned about losing access to a RAM slot due to cpu cooler, but honestly that it just silly. Just get low profile RAM and you know you'll be covered...
