It just resolved somehow by itself. I updated BIOS to the same version, loaded default settings and enabled UEFI - everything works and I'm writing from newly installed Windows 10!

Yep, WIndows 10 November 2019. Is there any way to download latest latest? I mean, with all intermediate patches applied? I gonna try to Update BIOS, just in case.

I just bought my first NVME - Samsung evo 970 and MSI Z390-A PRO. Windows installer doesn't see it. I have no other drives. BIOS settings: AHCI, UEFI, Secure Boot. Windows 10_1909 Spent few hours, but still can't make it work. It's present in BIOS, but Windows simply see no media to install...
