Just in case anyone finds this looking for a solution later, I used DDU and clean installed graphics drivers and that fixed it. Hope that helps somebody.

Have not updated those in a long time... will try but I doubt it's the issue.

I built my PC about two years ago and have never had any stability issues like this until about two days ago. My PC will randomly shut off, with the motherboard lights staying on. I don't think it's related to my temps as I've been monitoring them closely and CPU and GPU both idle around 40-50...
