    Difference between two laptops

The MSI does have a better GPU, but for the price increase I don't think it's really worth it, especially for the games you plan on playing.

    3570k. No question.

Time for A upgrade. What do you recommend?

Edit: Just noticed your 3d mark score showed you having an 8320 - my recommendations haven't changed though. If it is, I'd definitely recommend a GPU upgrade first, then a CPU upgrade in the not too distant future - maybe another year or two. As far as your options for a GPU upgrade, the 290...

Now personally I'm not a fan of the TT Smart series PSUs, I've heard some pretty iffy things about them. You could also do better with regards to pricing: PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Z6cR6h Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Z6cR6h/by_merchant/ CPU...

PowerSpec® B639, i am thinking about upgrading my video card and my hard (2hard harddrive total. will a samsung evo 850 500gb

A 750ti might be a better idea, faster and more power efficient. As for the 850, it should work with that system.

Can I change a graphics card in a Dell 15.6" Laptop - Black Intel Core i5-5200U? please help, thanks.

One of the main drawbacks of laptops is their inability to be upgraded beyond RAM and HDD - you can't upgrade much more without tearing the entire system apart. Short answer - no, you can't.

    GTX 970 PC Power Requirements

300w unfortunately won't cut it - especially given that it's an OEM PSU which aren't generally of good quality. I wouldn't recommend going with anything above a 750ti unless you upgrade your PSU. If you wanted a new PSU, this would be a decent choice...

Dell XPS 8300 new graphics card 150-250$

460w is a decent amount for an OEM built, but it's still probably a pretty low quality PSU, so we don't want to stress it too much - something like a 750ti would be a good choice. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487025&cm_re=750ti-_-14-487-025-_-Product

    R7 250 vs gt 740 OC

The 250'll probably be a bit faster, but overall they'll probably be pretty similar in performance.
