I'm not sure if you already listed it but what motherboard are you using?

Is it rebooting every time you are gaming or will it reboot even while just sitting at the desktop?

I had a very similar issue but it ended up being the PSU which doesn't sound like your problem unless you keep getting duds =/. Are you on the latest bios for your motherboard? Also, I have never heard of transferring your motherboard to another case voiding the warranty unless you popped a cap...
