When I printed a pdf to my printer from my laptop, the piece of paper had a black background with white letters instead of a white background with black letters. This issue only arose on my personal laptop; every other device I use prints normally to the same printer.

The only option available is for me to "import from a USB device" or "import from a folder (on my PC, not my iPhone)". I'm trying to get photos off of my iPhone and onto my PC, which can only be done with the "import from a USB device" setting. After it has finished looking for all of my photos...
Of course. I would never try to import that many at once. However, the problem is that Windows photos becomes unresponsive after detecting all 8500+ photos and will not show an option to import photos as a result.

I was trying to save data on my phone so I turned off cellular data for most of my apps. Unfortunately, my iPhone decided to automatically reset all cellular data statistics for my phone. So now, the apps that I previously turned off have dissapeared because the system thinks it haven't used...
Please help me figure out how to delete these files.
Some info that may help:
When I search up these files in file explorer, searching under the entire "My PC" folder, I get these globe icons for files that I already have delete I believe.
These files are the ones that have the little globe...
