I'm looking to get a new monitor and its between the Asus PG278Q and PG279Q. I would really rather have an IPS monitor, but the 4ms response time is the only thing I am unsure about. Will the longer time be noticeable when gaming at 144hz, or is it practically insignificant?

Double check that all your mobo and gpu drivers are updated and that you have no loose connections as well

Do heat spreaders on RAM actually help with the heat when overclocking? Or is it more of an aesthetic thing? And if they do help, would you ever notice the difference between low profile heat spreaders vs larger ones like these two below...
