Amazing. I'm especially interested in those flops. Right now, my setup barley pushes a teraflops. As soon as I can ditch that CUDA only render of mine, the sooner I can go from three hours to forty minutes per frame.

That's what you get when you use PowerPC. Should have either gone with an X86 design or, if they have to stick with Power-whatever based hardware, spend the extra bucks and come out with a dual core or quad core POWER7 setup.

We really need a breakthrough with either single core efficiency or else manufacturing processes soon. Massively multicore processors are starting to become horrendous messes of cores bundled together like some kid who was given a 300 foot length of bailing wire and a truck full of Tonka toys...
