Greetings so here's the problem, when i play Control on my laptop, i get solid 60fps on 1080p max settings. However, when i connect the laptop to my 4k tv, the fps drop dramatically. There are stutters and the fps are still low even after i drop to low settings (resolution was kept at 1080p)...
