The noctua dh15s is a fair bit pricier than the dark rock 4 in my part of the world. How would you rate the dark rock 4(non pro) against the dh15s?

Case is a MSI MAG Vampiric 100R. Unfortunately I cannot mount a 240 aio in the front as my gpu is a little bigger than my case clearence so it blocks a 120mm fan slot in the middle of the case. Not sure about mounting it on top as my motherboard does get in the way,the fan installed at the top...

Had a gtx 1060 6gb, was not experiencing any throttling so did not check temps. Ran the fans at high and still went up to 90-100 idle, took a little bit longer to do so however.
