Question No signal from known working Gpu in known working motherboard

This has been a trend last few years unfortunately. In theory all mobos and GPUs from last about 15 years should be compatible. In practice it becomes more and more a gamble. Especially when there is big age difference but not only that, you can easily find videos at yt where brand new mobo...

Question No signal from known working Gpu in known working motherboard

10 mins should be enough if it were to work. Since both the card and mobo are Gigabyte sending question to Gigabyte support might be worth a try.

Question No signal from known working Gpu in known working motherboard

Unfortunate. Does 1650 works fine with Secure boot enabled? Did you let the 4060 boot loop for a while with Secure boot? Maybe it would self-fix if you let it.

Question No signal from known working Gpu in known working motherboard

If your mobo allows install both 4060 and 1650 together (monitors to 1650). Then you can start searching Device manager if 4060 is detected.

Question Swapping my 7900 XTX for a 9070 XT ?

So basically question is if 3060 mhz 9070 will be slower ten 3100 mhz one? Yes. But do not forget the real clock you can see will vary not only model to model but unit to unit. Also available cooling solution both on GPU and overall in PC can change the maximum achievable clock.

Question Swapping my 7900 XTX for a 9070 XT ?

Reviews are not out yet so hard to say but IMO it is not worth it. Even if 9070 will be faster in RT and close in raster to XTX you should not forget XTX has way more RAM with higher bandwidth. I doubt you would really see any meaningful improvement in games (if any).

Review Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 review: $549 price and performance look decent on paper

Yes. For one simple reason: Jensen's lie ("4090 performance for 549"). If we let them market their product with lies even once - we'll get that forever. No mater how much really this card will cost, or what its performance really is, the only rating that it can get is zero. Or else djinn is out...

News AMD Radeon RX 9070 series prices leak on Micro Center — starting at nearly $700 for XT versions

Ah, yes, famous Ngreedia feature set: melting connectors, missing ROPs, scalped prices, removed Physix. Sure great reasons to buy green stuff.
