I never had an issue like this occur before, i have my m.2 960 pro attached to a PCIe adapter from Asus for a few months now but i noticed today when i turned on my pc that i couldn't get past the splash screen. once i removed the M.2 PCIe adapter i was able to pass the splash screen just fine...

I'm not doing any overclocking yet.

So i'm building a new PC tomorrow and i was wonder how long i need to stress test my GPU and CPU for? GPU: MSI Lightning's 770 SLI. CPU: i7 4770k 3.5ghz.
