I wrote my problem on tomshardware and nobody helped. If they did they said the psu but psu are really good built in this age. So I bought a psu tester and there was no problem. If you want you can buy it and test it( its cheap)...

Buy a new cpu cooler because my stock cpu fan died on my after 3 years and over heated my cpu to the point it wouldn't turn on. I used the cpu stock cooler for games like gta and my cpu went up to 90c and the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO staied at 45c at maybe go to 50c top.

I would because they brought back the start button :). Also I don't see any bugs with skype and Google Chrome. I didn't get Windows 10 yet on my gaming pc because I am still on the wait list. But on my laptop its faster.
