    Difference between poor and (a bit more) expensive motherboards

    Two motherboard, MSI 770-C45 and magic pro MP-A2NG-D3 with chipset SB710 and MCP61P Is there a big difference between them? If i am not going to overclock anything, someone said MCP61P has no hardware decode, if i am using display card, is the hardware decode from MCP61P become meaningless?
