Windows flickers and then yellow screen.this time?

I restarted the PC and windows booted. It says r9 280x in the divice manager but then 1 min later black screen

The PC stopped respoing during driver install. Least the screen is yellow this time.

What version do you think I should try?

I was thinking that maybe the res is to high for my TV. But then I do sometimes see the desktop even tho its just for a few second's?

Just reinstalling windows and trying it through the dvi port instead of the HDMI now

You think the RAM is still good?

I dont see how the G4258 is any better than the E8200? Mines currently clocked at 3.2Ghz and the r9 270 is worse than the 280? the G4258 is also a differant socket so I'd have to buy a new Mobo to. I'm trying to work out what my bottle neck is on my current system, are you saying the whole PC...
