its been 10 minutes since i disconnect the 2nd monitor, and only run 300 mhz gpu clock and 400 mhz memory clock, could it be the 2nd monitor isssue?

my drivers are 556.12 release date 6/27/2024 and my secondary monitor is 60hz always

dynamic refresh rate still missing, and it back to 1000 gpu clock and 7000 memory clock after i connected the 2nd monitor..... pfftt

broooo my gpu and memory clock now is normall, run at 300 mhz and 400 mhz, wonderfullll

gsync was missing because i turn on MPRT in my osd monitor, now gsync is pop up and turn on the gysnc,

lenovo monitor using dp and aoc monitor using hdmi and wait, there is no gysnc option in display nvidia cp

before my setting is optimal power, and i changed to adaptive, which one better?

i just opened the chrome, whatsapp, and apple music while working and it runs at 1100 gpu clock and 7000 memory clock (5-6% gpu usage) but if i change refresh rate to 60 hz, it change to 300 gpu clock and 400 memory clock with same apps.. huge difference

alright, im just worrying the clock, is it okay to run at this point for everyday, but if u say so, ill just continue it. thanks broo

there is no dynamic option in refresh rate, and amd freesync premium in my monitor OSD is already active

AOC 22B3HM and Lenovo R25-i30, yes im using dual monitor setup

So i just bought a new monitor Lenovo R25-i30 for 165 Hz, from AOC Monitor 75 Hz and i noticed my GPU & Memory Clock is higher than before (1530 and 7000 mhz) while idling and browsing only, is it normal and okay? or there is some setting i need to change, thank you R 5 5600G D50 16X2 GB...
