Yes, my laptop is probably getting obsolete. I have had it for 3 years, probably due for an upgrade. I tried edge btw and google. Both didn’t work. But that is a different problem for another day.

I cannot attach wired to my main router since it is in my garage but wirelessly on my phone to my main garage router gets about 100 and wired to my wireless extender upstairs gives me about +100 which is about 230. Not sure how wired to a wireless router works but it does.

Yes, I understand. To not have that problem I connected that reyee router which had no extenders. Same speeds.

Yes it did give me my correct location and I connect wirelessly and I also connect wired to a wireless extender which does boost my speeds just cause they are so slow. Right now I am subscribed to gigabit service (wired to my wireless extender gives me about 100 extra mbps)

Did speedtest on my pc and my download speed in ONLY 21 apparently and upload is 75 :frowning: My iphone was 90 down and it didn't give me the upload on the website

On the “Reyee” router i set up to test the speeds again was on 5G must I add. And one device connected aswell. The “EERO” app did not have any option to change any of that. I also want to tell you that the app was showing that the router was spitting out gig speeds but apparently it was lying.

Hello, First I must say thank you for replying. The wifi performance is not just on my iphone, it is on my desktop computer which has some tp-link adapter. And that desktop has gotten gigabit speeds before connected to a different SSID. I am not sure if I am running 2.4 or 5G, I am guessing it...

Everything is in the name of the question basically. I have TDS wifi provider. Gigabit fiber internet since it is the only fiber option. Crappy speeds even when only one device is connected 60-150 mbps. But when the technician guy connects he gets 300 wirelessly and 800+ wired. I tried switching...
