So GPU is dead?

Recently I was just playing Apex Legends and at a sudden, the screen freezes and small red dots on the monitor start to appear. After this happened I tried to reboot my PC and the same just happened even on desktop. To try another solution I uninstalled all the GPU drivers and reinstalled them...
