I've had exactly the same now with 2 ga p35 ds4 1.0 using e6600 CPU and 8800 gts 640. No beep, no error codes, nothing. Tried with lower voltage, cheapo RAM - again nothing. Fans whir into action and then....nothing. Will send it back again and wait some months until it's more mature.
