I don't think you can use 4 monitors with 2 GTX580 in SLI. Maybe you should consider selling all 3 of them and getting a 1070/1080 if that's possible. Any of them are faster than SLI GTX580 and support up to 4 displays.

3 4k monitors =/= 12k resolution. That would be 11520x6480 not 11520x2160.

You should try disabling the Asus logo in order to see what's actually going on, your BIOS will probably display what's keeping it waiting.

Are you sure you aren't running a 1440x900 monitor which is 16:10? Most of those resolutions you can use are 16:10. If the Witcher has a aspect ratio setting make sure it is set to 16:9.
