If you mean to check if BIOS is updated, yes it is My PSU Chieftec CTG-600-80P

My motherboard doesnt detect GPU in the top slot but it does in the bottom x4 when GPU is in top i have no video signal i tried the HDMI in motherboard slot to get the video signal and check BIOS well the Board Explorer says that the slot is empty even tho its not idk what to do its not the card...
