there are others on the network but mostly just watch netflix. its xbox and ps4 and one laptop (for college homework). i figured 800+mbps is enough to stream netflix and watch a stream.

They came out and looked at it and only ran speedtest.cincinnatibell.com test and said everything was fine on their end and to use that website to test my speeds because its compatible with their hardware. But when i first got the service speedtest.net gave me the same speeds as "their" site.

I have Fiber optics and on speedtest.cincinnatibell.com my recent test was 813.96Mbps download and 240.92Mbps upload speeds. when i go to speedtest.net my speeds are 9.34Mbps download and 174.45Mbps upload. When I go to load a stream on twitch.tv it buffers non stop and I can't get more than...
