do you install 12v 4pin plug also for cpu. there are 4 +8 pin 12v plug on upper side cpu install cable in all pins.

Check that Ram click lock is proper fixed in ram. That rams are proper seated or remove and install ram again. Sometimes fan pin headers are close to ram so when installing pin the ram lock gets open check that.

Install audio driver came with cd or download from asrock website. And check the default audio device is this realtek hd audio (not digital audio or nvidia audio).

In device manager if something is showing with yellow ! mark then driver is not installed if everything is showing as same as you have posted the image then drivers are installed.
