I Found our what the problem was, the reason I couldn’t enter the bios was because I was using a black widow chroma v1, the bios didn’t recognise this as a keyboard even though the LEDs were going so it only appeared to be working and so pressing the delete key didn’t enter me into the bios. I...

I’ll have a check later if it’s the CPU, as it would definitely cause this issue, although the led light on my motherboard indicating if there is an issue with the CPU isn’t on. So it probably isn’t, thanks anyways

I have already tried disconnecting all the drives, unfortunately it didn’t work. I’ve also switched between HDMI and display port cables which I used with my old PC and so should work.
