this worked, the micro stutter stopped. Yet now after about an hour of gaming, I'm getting stuttering and even had one shutdown. Any possible reason for this?

Hey everyone, recently my PC has been suffering low fps drops (around 20 fps) and stuttering in all the games I play regardless of how demanding they are. I went from averaging 100 FPS on Cold War with maxed out graphics without ray tracing, to around 90-60 with awful stuttering. Even games...
